Yoga & Reiki

Find your way home by connecting to your body through a gentle yoga practice led by Barbara.

After opening up the channels within, allow yourself to receive the gift of unconditional love, also known as Reiki, during savasana. Reiki is a healing modality that works with your subconscious to find harmony between mind, body and spirit.

We will meet on the grassy field next to the office building, in the back. The address is 10400 Griffin Road, Cooper City, FL Mondays and Fridays at 6:30pm

This class is by dontation (suggested $15-$20) and will be accepted by Venmo, cashapp, Zelle or cash day of.
