Location : A beautiful & old house in Aylmer that we lovingly call The Magic Mansion.
A combination of Yoga & Qi Qong flow by Laurie Boilard, Yoga Teacher & Kinesiologist and Kristina Timchenko, Qi Gong master.
We will be tapping into universal energy and move any stagnant energies or blockages through the body that could be keeping you from living your best and most abundant life.
Bring your yoga mat, comfortable clothes & any props that you feel called to, water.
