Yoga & Pages

A soothing yoga session with a bookish twist:

• We will begin by introducing a passage from our chosen book, before a gentle yoga practice to embody some of the ideas and themes.
• We will finish with a brief group discussion, where you can share your thoughts on the book or on how the book's message resonated with your practice.

Whether you're a yogi or a bookworm looking for a new experience, Yoga & Pages is an opportunity to relax and recharge with like-minded individuals.

Come join us for a morning of connection and relaxation, with a dose of books :)

Bring:

A yoga mat (If you don't have one, let me know)

Warm layers to get cosy in

Optional:

A journal/ your copy of the book if you have one/ any books you'd like to swap or recommend!
