Join Stu & Nicole in the stunning Sapphire Room, Ponsonby Central this November. A 75 minute experience of Yoga & Nidra - something a little different to our regular, weekly yoga offering in this space.When - Tuesday, 4th November

Koha Exchange - $5 - $25 recommended
Stu will guide everyone through an all-levels yoga flow, leaving plenty of time at the end for Nicole to lead Yoga Nidra - guided rest.
During this Nidra experience with Nicole, Stu will transition to his acoustic guitar melodies; creating an ambient atmosphere while people drop deeper into their rest and recovery.
