Think of our “Yoga Pop up & live DJ” collab, as “a healthy rave ” or if you like “a yoga rave”… an alternative to intoxicating nights, an uplifting resurrection from the night before a detox for body, mind & soul.The 90 minute yoga session is hosted by popular London & Mumbai based yoga teacher & “Yoga & Music pop up founder” Iona Dudley-Ward who is well known for her high octane, energising vinyasa yoga flows & dynamic fun yoga style! -Accompanied by some of the best Atmospheric, melodic lo-fi dub, electronic, hypnotic & world music hosted by DJ Psylence, aka Raahul Choudhary who makes up the double act, for the duos successful & well received pop up events!
