Yoga & Mimosas was such a hit the first time around, we've decided to offer this fun, relaxing, local event on the regular!!! Our next event is Saturday December 6 at noon and we hope you're able to join us. ? Angie with Moore Family Vineyards and Kate with Vidya Wellness are excited to bring you a lovely afternoon of movement, fun, community and mimosas or, exclusively for December, enjoy Angie's festive and warm Wassail! ??♀️
Here’s what to expect from your morning with us:
Kate will teach a ~50 minute all levels yoga flow, starting off with intentional breathing and gentle stretching to warm up your body. We’ll work into a strong but accessible flowing yoga sequence, and end nice and slow with a few longer held restorative postures and stillness.
After yoga, take your time at the Vineyard before it opens to the public, enjoy your mimosa or wassail(one is included in your ticket, but feel free to purchase more!) and enjoy time spent with friends new and old!
