About this event

Join us for a blissful afternoon connecting with nature and ourselves. Led by certified yoga instructor, Rachel Fereira (@raquel.yta on Instagram), with over 10 years of experience, this session will guide you through gentle yoga flows and a calming meditation, all within the tranquil beauty of Mont-Royal Park. The yoga class, including all instructions given by the instructor Raquel, will be conducted in three languages: French, English, and Spanish.

This event is hosted by AlumnUSB, a non-profit organization dedicated to fostering community and well-being events. The members of this organization support actively their home country university: Simon Bolivar University from Caracas, Venezuela (alumnusb.org, @alumn_usb on Instagram).

Location: Café des Amis - Pavillon du Lac-aux-Castors, Mont-Royal Park, Montreal, Canada

What to bring:

• Your yoga mat
• Comfortable clothing suitable for outdoor weather
• A water bottle
• Any props you like to use for your practice (blocks, straps, etc.)

What to expect:

• A welcoming and inclusive environment for all levels of experience
• A gentle yoga flow designed to promote relaxation and flexibility
• A guided meditation to cultivate inner peace and mindfulness
• The opportunity to connect with nature and fellow participants

Important notes:

• In case of rain, the event will be canceled. Registered participants will be notified via email.
• Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the session.
