Welcome to Yoga & Matcha, a special gathering by Move & Belong! 🩷
Take a break from your busy life and spend a lovely afternoon moving your body, sipping matcha, getting creative, and connecting with other women.
This yoga session is offered to cultivate feelings of love, joy and inner calm. Strong, dynamic movements help us feel uplifted and joyous, while breathing practices and moments of stillness allow us to tune into our hearts and what is most alive for us.

🎨 Whimsical Cup Decorating — Get creative and decorate your own cup with fun, whimsical stickers.
