Yoga & Lunch 💛
The last one of the season.
Emily, our lovely teacher, will guide you through a Vinyasa yoga session, a dynamic flow that connects breath and movement. The class is open to all levels🌻
Afterwards, our chefs will serve up a delicious, seasonal lunch made with fresh produce from the garden and local farmers – all organic, of course🥣
And don't forget your swimsuit! The canals are just next door, perfect for a refreshing swim!
