About this Event
?Yoga & Journal Writing Workshop For the Subconscious Mind.
?90 mins of Yin & Yang Yoga, Meditation followed by herbal tea, and journal writing to train our Subconscious mind in order to live a Mindful and happy life.
? We will start with Yin & Yang Yoga and meditation to find the grounding and work on Root Chakra.
?Then get into guided body scanning meditation and breathwork for solar plexus( our second brain)
? Journal writing to train our subconscious mind in order to understand ourselves from a deeper level.
?Journaling helps to connect us to the deeper layers of our conscious mind and subconscious. It uncovers our limiting beliefs and patter around them.
