Kick off your weekend with intention, energy and exceptional food at Eataly London in partnership with Fitness First.
This exclusive morning experience brings together mindful movement and nourishing Italian hospitality. Set in our Mezzanino, your morning begins with a guided 45-minute yoga session designed to awaken the body, improve mobility and leave you feeling recharged for the day ahead.
Following the session, ease into a relaxed breakfast social featuring a curated wellness-led spread, where you can connect, unwind and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of Eataly.
You will also have the opportunity to meet the Fitness First team, gain personalised insights into your wellbeing, and learn more about their Bio Age services and approach to long-term health and performance.

Dietary Information
- This experience is not suitable for gluten-free guests and is suitable for vegetarians.
- Due to the layout of our spaces and the risk of cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee allergen-free environments.
Age & Shopping information
- Guests must be 18 or over to participate
- No alcohol will be served
- Shopping in our store and counters will be available from 9am
Ticket Policy
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to attend, you may send someone in your place (all they need is your ticket QR code).
Class Minimum & Cancellation
- A minimum of 10 participants is required per session.
- Eataly reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances.
- In such cases, you will be offered a full refund.
- You will be notified at least 24 hours in advance if a session is cancelled.
