Join Depo Owner Jules Webster and Jenn McCullough of Integration Yoga for a morning of outdoor Yoga and Ikebana. In this course, Jenn will guide us through a one hour yoga practice focusing on shared elements of Yoga and Ikebana. In the second hour, Jules will explain a brief history of Ikebana including its origin and evolution. Students will watch a brief demo followed by an opportunity to create their own Ikebana with locally grown and native plant material from the instructor's gardens. Plant material will be provided.
Students should bring a ceramic, glass, or plastic soup or cereal bowl from home and metal kenzan / flower frog if you have one. You can also purchase a bowl to use from Jules at cost. Please bring cash for purchases. Metal kenzans / flower frogs range from $5 - 10, containers range from $2 - $10 depending on style and material.
Class price is $35, plus container and pin frog if needed.

To participate in this course, please bring:
- a yoga mat, blanket or towel
- a hat, sunscreen, bottle of water and snack if desired
- a metal flower frog (aka pin frog or kenzan) 2" or larger of any shape (2.5" or larger is better if you will continue on with Ikebana)
- a ceramic, glass or plastic soup bowl or pie plate. Anything 5" - 9" wide and 2 - 3" high is great. See photo below. Really, almost anything will work
- a pair of sharp scissors or garden pruning shears if you have them. Jules will have extras.
- cash if you need to buy a flower dish or metal flower frog / kenzan.

Cancellation Policy: We will refund 50% for any cancellation made on or before 8.15.2025. After that, we are unable to provide refunds for any reason, including illness. If you cannot attend after registration, you are welcome to gift your tuition to a friend at no charge. We do not transfer tuition from one class to another.
