The online community is AMAZING and I love our zoom time together but I have yet to figure out how to teleport the hot stones to you!Soooo.... let's come together (in 3D form) for a Gentle Hatha Yoga practice followed by an extended savasana with HOT STONES! These were a weekly staple at the studio and I've missed offering them to you!
