We'll kick things off by intuitively selecting a crystal then transition into 45 minutes of asana practice to harmonize your energy with your chosen stone. After that, we will dive into a guided meditation, visualization and discussion about each crystal's unique properties. Your crystal is your keepsake, as it is yours to take home with you.
