Your child will take part in a yoga adventure story, followed by a relaxation. They will also explore breathing techniques and enjoy a mindfulness craft or activity. Mats are provided. Your child just needs comfy clothes and a water bottle. Parents are free to enjoy some 'me time', and collect their child at the end of class, or stay and watch. Classes are term time only, bookable in half termly blocks. Sibling discount is available.
