Start your day with a one-hour class led by Nick Carrillo! Enjoy an entirely guided vinyasa (breath to movement) sequence with dynamic and invigorating movements and shapes. Leave after one hour feeling much lighter than when you walked into the room. Physically intense & emotionally liberating!

Class is $Free$ and includes one complimentary mimosa (21+).

Yoga: 12:30pm - 1:30pm | Brunch: served until 3pm
