Join us on Saturday 26th Oct 10-12pm at the Santosa Wellness Centre. This is a lovely weekend treat that cannot be missed!
We will start our morning with a 90-min gentle yet energising flow, followed by Yin, Restorative Yoga poses and stress-reducing breathwork. This session is suitable for people who already have some Yoga experience.
Santosa Cafe will be treating us to a nourishing vegetarian/vegan brunch and a tea or coffee! Please let your teacher know of any dietary restrictions via email ([email protected]). We will share the menu options a week before the event.
Cost: £40 per person
Due to the limited capacity of this event, there is a 48-hour cancellation policy. Any bookings cancelled within the 48-hour window will be charged.
