Yoga & Ayurveda Workshop - Brașov

THE ARCHITECTURE OF BEING
We often approach movement through universal rules, yet no two bodies carry the exact same internal architecture. What restores vitality to one nervous system may exhaust another.
Ayurveda and Yoga are two expressions of the same Vedic origin, designed to support human vitality and self-realization from the ground up. While Yoga is often approached today as an isolated physical or meditative practice, it was historically sustained by Ayurveda’s diagnostic intelligence. Where Ayurveda asks „Who is practicing and what does this specific system require right now?”, Yoga provides the energetic and somatic tools to answer that need. Practicing Yoga without Ayurvedic awareness can easily turn into an exercise of enforcing generic postures on a nervous system that might need precisely the opposite approach.
When combined, these sister sciences transform physical practice into a tailored medicine. Rather than chasing aesthetic alignment, your movement becomes responsive to your dominant constitution and to temporary imbalances caused by season, stress, or lifestyle. A Vata-dominant person requires grounding, rhythm, and warmth to calm a scattered nervous system; a Pitta profile benefits from cooling, non-competitive expansion to release excess fire; while a Kapha constitution thrives on stimulation, heat, and invigorating movement to disperse heaviness.
Understanding this relationship bridges philosophy and embodiment, making your time on the mat a conscious calibration of your own vital energy.
The Architecture of Being is an immersive workshop designed to bridge ancient diagnostic wisdom with intelligent, embodied movement. You will uncover your individual constitution and directly experience how adapting your practice to your doshas transforms the mat into a space of genuine balance.

About us
Avi - Anchored in the lineage of Swami Satyananda Saraswati, Avi brings a grounded, contemplative clarity to the mat. As the founder of *Prakriti School of Yoga*, he guides regular classes, retreats, and corporate workshops across Romania and internationally. His approach weaves traditional Vedic philosophy with body-mind inquiry, meditation, and psychological frameworks, helping practitioners tune into their subtle rhythms and translate ancient wisdom into conscious everyday living.
Mihaela - Founder of *One Yoga Studio*, Mihaela approaches the mat as a sacred sanctuary for deep listening and return. With an intuitive understanding of the body and background in somatic and medical yoga, her guidance moves softly between science and soul.
