About this Event
Join Taylor Manning and Manish Chandra as they walk you through the basics of Ayurveda, the sister science of Yoga, and teach you how to integrate the two practices. In this workshop you will learn your individual Ayurvedic constitution, participate in a guided flow that emphasizes the balancing of the dosha's (the body's constitutions), and how to integrate Ayurvedic practices into your yoga practice and your everyday life.
