YOGA & ART workshops are for everyone!
Every Body, Every Soul Welcome! No experience needed.
Yoga & Art workshops are perfect for those who either love yoga & or love art as well as for those with no previous experience in yoga or art and would like to try something new.
You do not have to be ‘good’ at yoga or ‘good at art to join this workshop.
Together we will explore our willingness to be playful, go with the flow, stop trying to be the best, make the perfect move or mark! paint the perfect picture! create the perfect life!
Observe your stress & worries from the many demands we all face begin to disappear as you are guided through an immersive blend of mindful releasing yoga poses, sequences, some basic breath work, either on a mat or a chair. Followed by a series of simply guided creative tasks to create colourful soulful art.
Within YOGA & ART workshop we explore various mindful practices including; Various yoga poses, sequences & techniques (all levels welcome, there is always something you can do, and fun creative art exercises & tasks.
Come join us, enjoy the freedom, the space and time to move and make, express your creative self. Create colourful expressions of you and celebrate your wholesomeness.
Yoga mats, props, art materials provided. Chair Yoga option.
