Join us for a workshop that combines yoga and creative expression.
We’ll begin with a gentle yoga session, followed by a monster mask-making activity inspired by this year’s Golden Days festival. Together, we’ll explore the chaotic nature of monsters through creative expression and reflect on themes such as transformation, self-expression, and curiosity.
The workshop will be held in English.
About the teacher
Natasha (she/her/they) is an artist and yoga teacher at Absalon, teaching every Saturday at 9:30 & also guides Techno Yoga in the big hall. With a background in yoga, karma yoga, music, and art therapy, her workshops are a heartfelt blend of creativity, connection and community.
Practical information
Price: 100 kr.
Location: ‘Klubben’ on the 1. floor
We have yoga mats available and materials are provided but you’re always encouraged to bring your favorite notebooks, journals & pens with you.
Tickets can be purchased online in advance. We do not offer refunds on purchased tickets. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your spot to someone who could use it.
