Join us for a Yoga & Art session that blends movement and creativity!
With Yoga & Art: Drawing Abstract Portraits, we’ll start off with a 45-minute yoga class where you can stretch, breathe, and let go of stress. Then, we’ll dive into a 45-minute session to tap into Drawing by creating abstract portraits. This activity allows us to reflect with symbols and shapes to create a self portrait through mindfulness. This workshop gives you an opportunity to express, get creative while relaxing the body & mind!
About the teacher
Natasha has been studying various practices of art and music therapy as well as practicing yoga for 15 years. She is the Saturday Yoga and Techno Yoga teacher at Absalon. Her teaching style encourages expression, playfulness and community.
The class is taught in English.

We have yoga mats available and materials are provided but you’re always encouraged to bring your favorite notebooks, journals & pens with you.
Tickets can be purchased online in advance. We do not offer refunds on purchased tickets. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to give your spot to someone who could use it.
