Join C SEA Yoga & Somatics for an all levels friendly class inspired by Archetypes!We will practice a flowing sense of ease with our breath and bodies, get our hearts pumping with a few strength/balance building poses, and enjoy a mindful moment with guided savasana and sound healing.
Beginner friendly and for every body! Dress comfortably. Class will be held outdoors at Folklore. Please bring your own mat & props (we will have a few extra on hand just in case).
