Jessa is both a non-alcoholic beverage consultant and a trauma-informed yoga teacher. After studying with the Akhanda Institute in Rishikesh, India she brings forth beautiful and well-rounded yoga classes using practices from the Akhanda and Nath Shiv Lineage. Expect light breathwork, asana and guided meditation in each class given with gentle care and support.
As a non-alcoholic beverage consultant, Jessa runs Untoxicated where she helps businesses and communities find and celebrate with the best products on the market today. She is a wealth of knowledge and experience and will be serving up delicious alcohol-free cocktails with Amethyst NA Spirits.
