Yoga and Vision Board Workshop

What is your vision for 2024? We do not need to be controlled by our circumstances. Who you are and what you want for yourself is not determined by what is happening in the world around you. Your life is determined by YOU! Come join me for a few hours to reflect on what you envision for yourself in 2024. This workshop includes a one-hour restorative yoga practice intended on creating space to visualize your desires for 2024, followed by a healthy lunch while you create your Vision Board for 2024. Vision Board supplies are provided, but you may bring your own too if there are specific items, pictures, or ideas that you want to include. This is a perfect event to share with friends or family. No prior yoga experience is needed. Cost is $60 and there are 2 workshop dates to choose from January 27th or 28th. Only 8 spots are available for each workshop. Start 2024 with a clear vision for your upcoming year and know that you are worthy of all you desire.
