Start your week off with self care and community! Join us for yoga and tea Mondays at 6:30 for a 4 week series at Boston Square Wellness Collective.
Each week we will focus on new areas of the body while building on foundational alignment, and enjoying some caffeine free tea from Global Infusion.
Week 1: shoulder release
Week 2: hip openers
Week 3: balance
Week 4: back bend
This is a meditative, heart centered yoga class designed to promote the mind and body connection through a fun and playful, alignment based yoga flow for all bodies and experience levels.
The goal of each session is to explore your highest self through the practice of intentional movement, breathing techniques and meditation while forming more connections with community.
When: Mondays 6:30-7:45 pm
Where: Boston Square Wellness Collective
Cost: $70 for 4 weeks, $20 drop in
