Join us for a magical evening in the forest. This event will take place at the shelter in the glade at Salcey. The area will be gently lit as we invite you to explore a host of wonderful practices during this special spring evening event.
Jess will guide you with kindness through a gentle Yoga class suitable for all abilities.
After a peaceful Guided Mediation with Jen, Lucie's beautiful Sound Bath will take place.
During a Sound Bath you will experience a relaxing soundscape and energy alignment using soothing sounds from ancient gongs, singing bowls and more.
All of this while surrounded by the magic of Salcey as the sun goes down.
You can attend the event and choose not to take part in all activities, this is completey your choice.
