Relax and restore during this 50 minute yoga and sound journey. We have mats, blocks, cushions, blankets and bolsters to guide you into restorative poses.
Sound vibrations stimulate the nervous system, medulla, and auditory system, allowing the brain, body, and breath to relax with a flood of mood-lifting neurotransmitters. Participants report an almost effortless sense of calm and relaxation with an increased ability to focus or meditate and even more profound, ethereal experiences.
