Join Michelle Greenfield Yoga and Kojun of Sacred Waves Sound Healing for a gentle yoga practice to relax into winter. The healing and restorative vibrations of crystal singing bowls and gongs will accompany this all levels movement class. Expect to open and create space in the body, cultivate vitality in the breath, and move with ease and intention towards relaxaing into stillness and rest. This class includes an extended Sivasana, supported relaxation.
After class, all are invited to stay for hot tea and a fire circle in the fire bowl (weather permitting)
Preregistration is required, as the space is limited. $25.
