Yoga and Mindfulness in Schools Training

Join Wellity Education to learn best practices to teach yoga and mindfulness to K-12 students.

After the training, you will receive our year-long mindfulness curriculum that can be used as a flexible social-emotional learning program you can incorporate into your school day.

This course will provide you with the resources you need to teach breathing, mindful movement, and guided relaxation tools to K-12th grade students. No previous yoga experience necessary.

October 5-6 from 9-4:30 EST each day.

Continuing Education:

• CE certificate for 13 hours to turn in to your LPDC or licensing body for approval.
• 12 CEUs for licensed counselors and social workers.
• 12 CE Contact Hours for registered yoga teachers.
• 1 graduate credit from Ashland University available for an additional fee.

Mindfulness Curriculum:

Receive a year-long mindfulness curriculum of 40 short lessons that engage all learners in breathing, movement, and relaxation tools. All lessons are trauma-informed and align to SEL standards.
