Yoga and Meditation
If you are seeking to reconnect your body, mind, and spirit, this class is perfect for you. The session commences with a 30-minute session of yoga to warm up the body and calm the mind. Following that, we engage in a 30-minute group meditation. The session concludes with dhamma discussion.
Note: Please bring your own yoga mat

Our program is designed to rejuvenate our well-being, as we firmly believe that a healthy body, a peaceful mind and a supportive community are true forms of wealth.
Whether you're a seasoned yogi or just starting your wellness journey, all are welcome to join us in harnessing the transformative power of yoga and meditation.

30-minutes of Dhamma Discussion
During our Dhamma discussions from January to March, we will explore the fundamentals of Buddhism, focusing on the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path. These sessions will take a practical, secular approach, emphasizing how these teachings can be applied in daily life rather than a scholarly study. Whether you are Buddhist or not, you can benefit from these meaningful insights.
