I’m excited to announce that Yoga and Love will resume once a month! 🌸 Join me on Sunday, April 27 at 1 PM for a 45-minute slow flow yoga class that will help you unwind and connect. Yoga and Love is about more than just you and your mat—it’s about giving back to our community. I’ll be collecting items to create birthday baskets for women and children in shelters.

If you’d like to participate, here’s what’s needed:

• Travel lotions
• Smell-good sprays
• Face masks
• Self-care items
• Chocolates
• Bubbles
• Slime
• Small kids' toys
