Join us for a series of mini-retreats this winter/spring. We’ll get together for a few hours once a month to practice yoga, talk about life, and share some food. All that's missing is a lake and a sauna!
First, we practice yoga: Anja guides 90 minutes of strong posture sequences, breath and meditation, with some inversion workshopping in the middle. Yoga opens us up to being vulnerable, and brings forth our natural ability to connect with others.
Then, we talk: Oren facilitates meaningful small-group conversations about what really matters in life. Because real talk tends to happen when we eat together, there will be homemade fika, snacks and fruit.
You’ll leave each session feeling warm, open and connected - trust us, we've done this before!

ABOUT US
Anja Ipp teaches vinyasa and yin yoga in Stockholm. Her passion for all aspects of yoga – physical, philosophical and psychological – is rooted in a deep longing to make sense of life and the human mind. She is a mother of boys, a lawyer trying to do good in the world, a passionate minimalist, and a dedicated student of yogic and existential philosophy. She also learned how to do a straddle-press handstand at the age of 38, and really enjoys sharing her love of inversions with others.
Oren Ipp is a certified coach focusing on personal wellbeing – a line of work that allows him to help others find purpose and balance. He is an experienced group facilitator who has helped entrepreneurs talk about self-doubt, forged coalitions of Afghan politicians, and led students on self-discovery trips in the Costa Rican jungle. His current pursuits include inventing kid-friendly vegan recipes and taking his handstand off-the-wall.
