Yoga and Cold Bath on the Beach

Start your Saturday morning with a power vinyasa yoga class by the sea! We'll warm up with a flowing sequence designed to wake up the body, quiet the mind, and connect with the breath. After the class, we’ll embrace the refreshing waters together for a rejuvenating cold bath.

✨ Schedule:

• 9:00 AM: Vinyasa Yoga - For all levels.
• 10:00 AM: Cold Bath – We’ll head into the sea as a group to recharge, build resilience, and share in a unique experience!

✨ What to Bring:

• Yoga mat or towel
• Swimsuit and towel for the swim
• Water bottle
• An open mind and good energy!
