Get ready to stretch, breathe, and find your inner peace at "Yoga After Baby" – a postpartum focused in-person class!About this Event
Postpartum yoga allows you a way to reconnect with yourself post baby. Join Shantell RYT-200 for a postpartum focused yoga class. Whether you have done yoga before or never attended a yoga class, this space is for you! 30 minutes of yoga and a period afterwards to share "life after baby "experiences with each other. Participants will be asked to complete surveys while participating in classes.
These classes are offered by Redefining Life Services Inc in partnership with Blue Lotus Life and Mind, Yoni, and Soul.
