Did you mean to start yoga in the new year? Here's your chance!
This 4-week series (Tuesdays - Feb. 4-25) with Camille Kingsolver is open to anyone interested in giving yoga a try. The classes will build on each other to lay a solid foundation for the beginning student. Expect to learn basic yoga movement & terminology, to be challenged, to relax deeply, & to be treated with respect & compassion.
$50 for the series or $75 for the series, plus unlimited regular classes for the month of March! If we have to cancel the class for winter weather, the series will extend a week.
