This series is perfect for those new to Yoga, anyone who’s ever wondered “am I doing this right?” and experienced practitioners looking to refine their alignment. We will dive into the proper alignment of Yoga’s most fundamental Asana (postures.) Throughout the series we will methodically break down each component of Surya Namaskara (sun salutations,) warriors, triangles, balancing postures, backbends, inversions and more to get you moving forward safely and confidently in your practice.6 week series
