Yoga can improve your cardiovascular circulation, boost your immunity and provide you with tools to better manage day to day stress. If you have ever wanted to try a yoga class but aren't sure what to expect or would love to learn the basics before signing up for a class, then this is the workshop for you.
Join yoga instructor, Saeeda Storace, for this interactive introduction to building your own yoga practice. You will learn about the various styles of yoga, what to expect in a typical class, common movements and postures often seen in a practice, and many tips to help you feel comfortable and confident in a yoga class. Come with your questions about beginning a yoga practice and be prepared to be welcomed into our Windsoul Wellness community of yogis!
