This series will consist of 4 hour-long workshops focusing on the following:
Week One: Styles of Yoga, Yoga Terms, Warm-up Postures
Week Two: Standing Postures & Balances
Week Three: Seated Postures & Forward Folds
Week Four: Beginner —> Beg/Int: what you need to know to “advance” to more challenging yoga classes
