Join us for a great practice to start your weekend off right!
We will begin our 1 hour Vinyasa Flow at 8:00am. We will flow through some standing postures and build some heat in the body before cooling it down with some lengthy stretching.
All levels of yogis are welcome from beginner to more advanced.
