Mezinárodní kapela zrozená z lásky a přátelství šesti hudebníků žijících v Praze. Americká zpěvačka a kytaristka Emily Thiel s nezaměnitelným hlasovým projevem, basista Frederik Janáček (minus123minut), saxofonista Wiliam Valerián (Sépie z hor), houslista Adam Pospíšil, klávesista Mark Newson a bubeník Dušan Černák (Tryptych, Terne Čhave) svým osobitým muzikantstvím vdechují život autorským písním Emily, které v sobě spojují etnickou hudbu, jazz i pořádnou porci humoru rockových a disko písní. Svůj „freak-folk-jazz“ zachytili Yo Soy Indigo na nové studiové desce s názvem II., která vyšla 24. února 2024.
Yo Soy Indigo (freak-folk-jazz) is an international supergroup born from the love and camaraderie of six Prague-based musicians. Vibrant and personal writing, blazing solos, deep lyrical expression, and a good serving of humour in the songs intertwine and unite the distinctive musicianship of all the individual members. “Freak-folk-jazz” is an apt starting place, but it only scratches the surface of the free-flowing genres Yo Soy Indigo moves through on their mission to decrease world suck through amazing music. Yo Soy Indigo released their second studio album, "II." on February 24, 2024.
