Future leaders assemble!
The YMCA of Niagara is excited to introduce the YMCA Youth Leadership Program (YLP), a program that helps today’s youth to become tomorrow’s leaders.
We're offering a series of one-time events for youth ages 13-15 where they can gather, interact with guest speakers, learn some valuable information, and have some fun. We are planning a wide vairety of topics that will be helpful to participants as they start to navigate the next stage in their lives.
It's easy to say that you want to be a leader but how that happens is different for all of us. This week Big Brothers Big Sisters of Niagara join us to talk about the importance of self reflection, resilience and identifying the values that you choose to live by. Our guests will lead participants through a series of activities and discussion about how to become an agent of change in your community and beyond.
