Kick off your summer with boot camp at the Y! Summer Shred Boot Camp will will be an intense full-body workout in a fun and motivational setting. Camp will utilize the principles of high intensity interval training and circuit training to achieve a maximum Summer Shred and intensify your metabolic engine.
Session Days/Times:
Tuesday/Thursday @ 5:30 pm
Pricing: $96/members and $235/non-members
