YMCA Ft Lauderdale National Senior Day and Expo

On Wednesday, May 21st, 2025 (10:00am - 12:00pm) we will celebrate
the 32nd Annual National Senior Health & Fitness Day and Expo at
The YMCA in Ft Lauderdale (L.A. Lee YMCA/Mizell Community Center). We will be offering
Free Jimmy Johns Box Lunches For the first 150 Guests,
Healthy activities, Health screenings, Free Raffle Prizes -
($ 1,000 in Prizes – Including a Flat Screen TV, Gift Cards,
