Friday Night AcroYoga YinYang with Mary Aranas is ON, and finishing the fall season on October 11th, 2024! Come enjoy a wonderful yang/yin, solar/lunar, spicy/sweet O.G. AcroYoga evening, to jumpstart your weekend!6-7PM: Solar AcroYoga plays with strength and tightness drills, inversions, and partner flying poses and transitions to uplift and delight you.
7-8:30PM Lunar AcroYoga stretches and relaxes you with a therapeutic Thai bodywork flow that will melt your body to flow into your delicious weekend.
Jam 8:30-10PM is free with class, or $12 to drop in. Complete the evening jamming with fly or thai, or snack and socialize, as you please!
