Join Deana Bacon for this nurturing practice. Within this workshop, Deana will blend the yoga postures (Asana) and the yoga of sound (Nada) with a balancing restorative yin yoga practice, including the healing benefits of Reiki and deep relaxation of Yoga Nidra.The practice will conclude with sacred sounds utilizing crystal singing bowls to give the body an opportunity to absorb the residue of the physical practice and continue the process of deep release and transformation.
