Join me on International Women’s Day for an evening of Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra .I will also be sharing techniques on how you can balance your energy by stimulating the energy channels ( meridians )
The Yin class has a focus on the kidney and bladder meridians . There will be props for you to use so that you can find your “ edge “ in the poses and then soften into the pose . This practice is especially nice to do in the evenings to wind down for sleep .
We finish the workshop with a Yoga Nidra where we rest deeply . The brain can go into a spacious relaxed state and we have the opportunity to change our experience of ourselves and the world around us .

You will need to bring your own mat , all other props will be provided . Please wear comfortable clothing , layers are good as Yin Yoga is a very still practice and you need to stay warm .
This workshop is £30 and spaces are limited .
