soothing presence encourages self-reflection and stress reduction. Eddie’s passion for holistic healing extends to Yin Yoga, where he explores deep stretches and
relaxation techniques. He also specializes in Chakra yoga, aligning energy centers for overall well-being.
Additionally, Eddie is a clinical aromatherapist, harnessing the power of essential oils to enhance physical and emotional balance.
