This slow-paced style of yoga uses seated asanas that are held for longer periods of time allowing you to target, relax, and soften into your deep connective tissues. It’s all about focusing and healing the fascia and ligaments inside the joints! In addition breathwork is used to help achieve a meditative state in order to help you learn and remember to find your inner peace in times of perceived chaos. Refreshments will follow Amy's class! Please bring a yoga mat. Class size is limited to 8.
