Yin Yoga Winter Solstice Intensive $40

Join us for this 90-minute Yin Yoga Intensive designed to honor the stillness and depth of the season as we celebrate the Winter Solstice. This practice will guide you through long, steady holds that gently open the body and invite quiet reflection. We explore the longer holds experienced during Yin Yoga and the deep meditative benefits of the practice.

You’ll leave feeling restored, spacious, and aligned with the quiet magic of winter’s beginning.

Toni Ferrarie is the GM of YogaSix Naples. Toni is certified as ERTY-500, YACEP. Her certifications include meditation, classic yoga instruction including Ashtanga, Tantra, Vinyasa and Hatha. She specializes in teaching chair yoga focusing on seniors and other special needs populations, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
